JOB TITLE: Confidential Secretary

LOCATION: LAGOS

Abc Transport Plc is a leading Integrated Transport and Logistics Company in Nigeria and West Africa require the services of a Confidential Secretary for immediate employment.

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
 HND/BSC in Secretarial related studies
 Proficiency in the use of information Technology with 3 years cognate experience in related field
 Ability to use variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases;
 Must be smart and neat

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
 answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
 maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
 typing, preparing and collating reports
 Ensure proper filing of document
 organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
 managing databases
 prioritising workloads
 sorting and distributing incoming post and organising and sending outgoing post
