I agree with you that tech funding is foreign, and that the average nigerian wants quick returns. I do not agree that hotels offer a quick return. The overheads are horrendous. You have to put on the generator and maintain staff even if the occupancy rate drops below break even. Which is why I hinted at other reasons which I dont want to repeat.

I was only aware of the air conditioning problem. But when the facilities are working it is a good hotel.

The decor was certainly up to international standards..

The only issue is that they charge the earth as they can get away with it..
