Nowadays, How to combat anxiety symptoms have become quite common and they are usually characterized by terror, nervousness, and worry. Moreover, symptoms of anxiety are also complimented by several negative physiological sensations like palpitations, chest pain and shortness of breath. It is quite usual that when you are anxious you feel very uneasy and uncomfortable. Symptoms of anxiety occur in the life of every individual, like before sitting for an examination or an interview or when you are psychologically fatigued during an illness.

Anxiety symptoms are in some cases justifiable as they at times positively motivate you to fight for the ultimate achievement in your life. So, to understand when can symptoms of anxiety are identified as alarming and problematic? The simple answer to this would be that anxiety is thought to be abnormal when:

It lasts for several days and is quite severe
It occurs without the presence of a stressful event
When it causes immense disturbance in your daily activities, for example in professional areas or social gatherings
