Is It Ok To Give Bribes To Members To Win Soul For Christ

A day the Sunday school teacher said he would give chocolate to anyone who brings a new person to church.

isn't he encouraging bribery.should we not bring people to church because we want them to be better people out of love for them .should we be reward motivated?

I know a Church that gives out food on Sundays after service just to attract members. And yes, they do have a lot of members on Sundays.


It is wrong for a Church to do this.

is motivation bribe? Did he induce thembto something bad? No.

I have seen an RCCG area pastor that lies like there is no tomorrow. His eye service is second to non. He drinks tea with milk and sugar during fasting. He sees nothing wrong in bribery. Maybe Christianity supports bribery, lying, fasting with tea with complete ingredients,

How is enticing members/followers with food and chocolates a means to motivate them?

The Church that serves attendees food after service on Sundays do not get that much followership during their mid week Church activities. What does this tell you? People attend the Church activities on Sunday only because they are hungry. They do not feel the need to participate in the mid week activities because no food is served at these times.
