Morning house. Pls i ended my 400 level with a CGPA of 3.26. Can i realistically still finish with a second-class upper? If you have nothing to offer but insults, kindly keep it. Thanks.

No, you can't.

Not even back to back 5.0 can give you that.

Unless you'll give yourself an extra year by intentionally failing a course(So as to have more chances to increase your GP), and when you do, make sure you hit 5.0, back to back.

You are VERY HIGH ... 5.0 GPA cannot do it but intentionally getting a spill over , listen to yourself again ??... Lest assuming he intentionally fails a 3units course , subtract 15points from the 3.26 and see would be left.... He needs just 0.4 to make a 3.5( 2:1) and with a 5.0 in both semesters in 500L should do that... But a big task..

My friend the truth is, no one can actually do that without requiring what I am about to ask you for.
If you know you want a genuine answer to your question, Give me the analysis of all your GPA since your first year.....

For Example;
Year and semester............total quality points/ Total Credit Units

1st Year 1st Semester ----- 98/21 = 4.67
1st Year 2nd Semester------- 100/22. = 4.55

2nd Year 1st Smester------ 105/21= 5.0
2nd Year 2nd Semester------- 94/19 = 4.95........4th year


If you're able to give me all the GPA, then believe me 100%, I will tell you wether it is possible or not.

OP, make the calculations yourself with all the courses you're to offer in the last sessions by assuming Grades or GPAs you should target to get it accomplished.

dedicate all your time, all your energy, all your focus, all your strenght this 500L to your books, study like your life depends on it, let your relationship go on hold for now.

I was once like you, looking to upgrade my GPA from one class to a higher one. With believe and hardwork, I was able to achieve it.
I'm presently going to 500L, and all I'm trying to do now is to maintain my GPA so that it doesn't drop.

My Friend, tho you didn't do exactly what I asked you to do, lets me proceed with the info you provided.


Your CGPA is 3.26
i.e After 400lvl.-------------505/155=3.26


Therefore it is very much possible for you to still make a 2:1


BUT....I Repeat.....


Make sure you don't have any GPA less than a 4.6. If you have a 4.5 when the Total credit unit is less than 20... Then you're out of it.
Only if you make that 4.5 in Total credit unit greater than 20.

With regards to your performance so far so good, my brother I'll urge to study like never before. Stay away from social media, Pls and try your best possible to make a GPA of 5.0 in the two semesters to come.



But then, to answer your question,


YES YOU CAN STILL MAKE A COMFORTABLE 2:1
