Well, I don't think this should be.

It would have been more appropriate if the policy places emphasis on foreign trips by ministers only when it is very necessary. Otherwise, it should be at the expense of the traveller and no allowances (estacode) for such.

But placing a ceiling at the official number of foreign trips by public office holders doesn't seem to make sense.

It is possible a minister need not travel offially in a year, conversely, a minister may also need to go out of the country more than 10 times in a year. It all depends on necessity.

It means they travel for unnecessary purpose with our money, with many aides self
Cos I see no reason for restrictions if their reasons are good for the nation

See that guy masturbating everywhere. Buhari has turned the guy to a selective commenter. He comments only when buhari do one small reasonable thing. That's why he's always scares on nairaland.

This government is a joker, so if a minister doesn't have any official assignment abroad, should he just travel? Because the bad belle ministers will definitely take to this option.

Buhari should start with himself. He travels more than any other person. Much of the trips he goes abroad on government expense are unnecessary. When he places travel restriction on himself and stick to it , we will know he truly means well for Nigeria. If he cannot treat himself the way he treats others even in this regard, he is just a deceiver and hypocrite.

"Estacode calculated per hour". Can you imagine that. So if estacode is given at $100 per hour for the minister, that translates to $2400 per day. If the minister stays out there for seven days it becomes $16,800 for the week. That is aside from his salary and other allowances. And before now ministers could travel outside the country more than twenty times per year.

Why dem no go kill to get the positions? Abeg how else can one define corruption? By the way what's the job of the embassies? Ministers travel abroad, governors, reps, senators, local government chairmen and even at a time councillors.

Truly if we do not deal with corruption, corruption will deal with Nigeria.

More of such executive orders, and I will start taking this government serious.

No news is ever good to the ears of wailers.
They will still wail and wail no matter what they read.
But are these wailers always like this 365 days of the year?!
What kinda pessimistic and negative lifestyle is this!!

Patriotic Nigerians Do not Waste time Arguing with Buhari Haters

We are not talking about critics who are genuinely concerned about a better Nigeria,
You will know them because when they see good efforts of government they applaud.

But the others, the one who swore on their lives Buhari will never be president, the enemies of the nation, frustrated corrupt souls are the ones we are talking about.

They are not interested in any development in Nigeria, if it means ascribing any success to PMB

Only sane, responsible, hardworking, honest do.
Criminals, fraudsters, haters, frustrated and miserable people do not!
Cheers wailer! wink
One thing is clear; anything, news or policy they wail on is actually the right direction and good for the country. They pray everyday that the administration fails. Unfortunately for them there is no sight that their prayers will come to fruition. They have made themselves enemies of the nation just because they can't live to see our amiable president leading the country out of the mess their heroes, mentors and party plunged us into.
They chosed to go against progress. They are enemies of progress. They are wailing wailers.
Their comments are always full of hatred, abuses, frustration, negativity, and rebellion.
But least they know, their wailing is just starting as greater wailing await them comes 2023.

This is the change we voted for!

Gradually, we are getting there.
No more business as usual.

God bless our darling Daddy
President Muhammadu Buhari for all the good works he is doing to make this once vandalized nation work again.

To a New and better Nigeria we go.

Again, God bless PMB,
God bless Nigeria.

Na only God in heaven go fit deliver u from this one u de so. A man that has cause many death. A man who support criminals with 10bn a week to election is that the person u call ur saviour. Enjoy the money they gave to you at the detriment of people life.

AND HOW ABOUT YOU, THE PRESIDENT, THAT HAS TURNED HIMSELF TO MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS? YOU TRAVEL MUCH MORE THAN THE MINISTERS AND EVEN THE PRESIDENT OF ANY OTHER NATION ON EARTH. I THINK ITS HIGH TIME YOU REDUCE YOU FOREIGN TRIPS TOO. ALSO PLACE BAN OF MEDICAL TOURISM THEN WE WILL TAKE YOU SERIOUSLY THIS TIME
