The Obi guy is the sole owner of Cubana.
It's called group because its a combination of businesses. Clubs, restaurants, hotels, real estates, fast food joins, drinks (he is the sole distributor of some drinks in Nigeria) all in different states in Nigeria.
What you guys don't know is, his managing director isnt even in the pictures there. What you see there are more or less his "employed promoters" and of course friends. And I should add too, some of the guys you see there are well bigger than Obi. They run businesses bigger than Cubana.
This Cubana guy has a well structured business and he is an astute business man but I have a fear for him.. "The Nigerian factor"
The Nigerian factor waits by the side for you to grow. Once it senses the growth, it starts to attack you from all front.. tax both legal and illegal, politicians/influential people wanting to do a mafian take over of your business and many more.
But I believe as an astute business man, he knows what he is doing. I saw he announced a venture he is likely toc venture into soon, that will actually give him some cover/back up.
