It means there's a level Nigeria should have attain by the year 2020 in all ramifications but as it is now "the coast is not clear" to that at all. Let's just wait and see what they will say to that... We might hear something like vision 2025.... Vision 2030 and so on. Or let's check VAR for the actual date... |

It was an agenda/insight of how Nigeria will transform in terms of project execution and infrastructural development but the vision has since been abandoned as usual.... |
