VACANCIES FOR SALES REPRESENTATIVES (RETAIL).

We are a specialized and premium confectionery business.
Our core business revolves around producing and distributing superior quality bread rolls and other confections for both the premium and mass markets. Our preference is to sell large volume of this bread through the retail trade.

Our catchment area for now is limited to Lagos and the Western States only.

At the turn of the New Year (2020) we seek to employ dedicated Sales personnel who will work day to day to ensure that effective demand is created and sustained for these special products. Resumption will be sometime in January. The selection process will start immediately with the first step being a phone interview and physical panel interview in the first week of January 2020.

We do not emphasize academic qualifications but the possession of a palpable can do attitude. As such we welcome applications from all levels of educational attainment.

While previous experience in a similar role would be given prior attention, inexperienced candidates with a demonstrable willingness to learn may also be considered.

Remuneration very attractive and it is way above Industry standard. Successful candidates will be entitled to a reward package delivered as follows;

1. Commissions (Weekly)
2. Salaries (Monthly)
3. Bonuses (Quarterly)

Base monthly salary will be between Thirty Thousand (30,000) and Fifty Thousand (50,000) Naira only.

Commissions could be as high as Three per cent (3%) per month.

Bonuses are predicated on volume of sales and could be up to 1% of total Sales.

Please note that this is strictly a field Sales job. It involves shop to shop sales/deliveries. The selected candidates will work as a team with a car and driver. Only serious minded Sales personnel may apply.
