On the 7th of December 2019 Justice C.J. Aneke, granted Fayose permission to go abroad for treatment on an urgent medical need in his trial for N2.2 billion naira fraud.
The prosecuting counsel for the EFCC, Rotimi Jacobs (SAN), did not oppose the request. Here is yours truly making a mockery of the excessive leniency of our judicial system. In the 24 second video in the link below the 'sick' former Governor is dancing up a storm and can be seen having the time of his life.

The conman Major General ran to UK for medical treatment for more than 100 days. There is no single hospital in the country that is the 7th largest oil producer in the world and that has produced some of the best doctors in the world to treat him.

He set a terrible precedence for other fraudulent officials to follow.
