There is wrong and right way of doing everything, here are some helpful tips on how you can consume your alcohol in the right way if you are an alcoholic. YOU HAVE TO BE PROPERLY HYDRATED Alcohol will definitely dehydrate you, so ensure you drink a sufficient amount of water before going into the act. To be clear, soda water and juice do not count or even tea doesn't count, they may have water in them but substitute of H2O are not present in them. Sometimes you need to Drink even extra water knowing that you will be having a lot of alcohol in the near future. EAT ENOUGH HEALTHY MEAL BEFORE DRINKING ALCOHOL If you drink without eating, you will get intoxicated quickly, and the effects will be more intense on you. be careful while choosing drinks to match while eating, it is advisable for you to go for a wine than drinking beer, beer will make you full much faster.
