HOW TO MAKE TIGER NUTS DRINK This is a sugar free healthy drink. Things you need Tiger nuts Dates Coconut Water Wash the tiger nuts properly, remove the seed of the dates, cut your coconut into smaller portions and blend all. Make sure you add a moderate quantity of water when blending. Sieve with a fine cloth, then you have your milk.
