I had to give them the best because when I eventually paid for the full payment for land at simawa Golden crown estate

my land was allocated to me immediately.
The only extra charges I was told to pay was survey ,legal documentation and development levy .

I have not paid my developmental levy before the land was allocated to me and I was told to start building .
So simply

They have good administrative feedback
Immediately I made payment my receipt was sent to me via email

The amazing aspect is that for every celebration they do wish me, including my birthday .
I give it to them

They now have a new estate at ibeju lekki that I am planning to buy this 2020.
