The U.S will end up pulling out of Iraq and effectively hand it over to Iran, after thousands of American blood were spilled to 'liberate' it from Saddam's grip. Ironically, Saddam helped America keep Iran in check for a long time as an American ally. Only for America to frame him up for having WMDs and toppling his regime. Now the same Iraq is now under the heavy influence of Iran (remember that the majority in both countries practice the same brand of Shia Islam). In the end it's like America just wasted trillions of dollars and thousands of American lives only to hand Iraq over to Iran. Smh.

Exactly. It was the toppling of Saddam and Gadaffi that birthed ISIS. Nothing short of dropping the h-bomb on Iran can destroy its influence, something that America won't dare try and Iran knows that. Iran will bid its time because America will never go far enough in its strategy. So in the end, Iran's influence will only grow while the u.s will pull out of Iraq without achieving nada.
