Why do Nigerians think WhatsApp call implies that you’re broke. Outside the country some people don’t own SIM cards or use cellular networks. They rely on voice over Internet protocol (VOIP) and with all our 4G and proposed 5G in Nigeria see our thinking. VOIP is cheaper than traditional cellular network calls for the record.
