Hello house, I have a 4 bedroom bungalow that I just completed the wood work, my carpenter gave me quotation of the roofing materials which I believe it is too much. He said I'm going to use 472.3sqm of aluminum step tiles. The actual land area developed is 199sqm, I took time to calculate the roof area according to what I have on the roof plan I got 221sqm. The highest point of the roof pitch cannot exceed 45degrees the plank was raised 4meters. Please I need someone that can help me get the actual area of the step tiles I need to buy.
