Hello, I applied for Master's program through Federal scholarship board to Hungary. Hungary applicants were also directed to apply through stipendiumhungaricum.hu. On getting to the site, I discovered they required IELTS score, but I couldn't afford to write the exam, moreover, I thought the programme does not require IELTS. My questions are: 1- Can I still write the Federal scholarship board exam 2- I couldn't complete the application process on the Hungary website, can I still get another country. 3- Do all the countries under bilateral education agreement require IELTS? I will be expecting positive responses |

No country under Bea requires IELTS. So go on with ur exams... Good luck |
