Dr. Solomon David CONGRATULATES LYON ON APPEAL COURT VICTORY.


The DG APC Youth Mass Movement Dr. Solomon David congratulates the Bayelsa State Governor-elect, Chief David Lyon, on his victory at the Appeal Court.

An Appeal Court in Port Harcourt, today, upheld the September 4, 2019 direct primary election of the All Progressives Congress, APC, wherein Lyon won overwhelmingly.

"Today's victory at the Appeal Court," David says, it is a victory for democracy and for the common man as it has affirmed not only the collective decision of Bayelsa APC faithfuls, but also that of all well-meaning Bayelsans who gave their mandate to Lyon in the just-concluded gubernatorial election."

Dr. David Solomon is a lecturer in the Department of Insurance & Risk Management, Faculty of Management Sciences in the Niger Delta University, Wilberforce Island, Bayelsa State.
commends the Nigeria Judiciary for dispensing true justice when it mattered most, adding that, "the judgements have further shown the credibility and integrity of members of the Bench, and the Buhari-led administration's desire to nurture democracy to its fullest."

The APC faithful equally urges fellow party members who may still be dissatisfied with the internal party process which brought in Lyon to accept the decision of the learned judges and join hands with Lyon to move the state forward.
