Drooling is more common while sleeping, it occurs for many reasons. It often occurs when a person swallows less frequently, causing saliva to accumulate and seep out from one side of the mouth.
Drooling psychosocial impacts on a person’s life, it can be embarrassing especially for adults and also affect the self-esteem.

Ways To Stop Drooling and Improve Your Sleep

1. Change The Way You Sleep
People often drool while they sleep, especially when they sleep on their sides. If you are among this group of people, try sleeping on your back. prevent saliva from seeping out of the mouth. You can also use a wedge pillow, it can help you stay in one position as you sleep.

Sleeping on your side or on your stomach makes you more prone to excessive drooling.
