Please what could be the cause of drooling in a 2year Old baby, which began from birth.

If you visit a hospital, they'd tell you he is suffering from sialorrhea and would need therapeutic or pharmacological interventions. They may even ask you to do an MRI but my brother don't mind them.

It is spiritual.

Yes, he can speak, walk(he no longer crawls). I just picked up interest in him,because I knew when they gave birth to him and he has been drooling from the get go. So that got me interested in monitoring his growth pattern. Initially I thought it was signs of Autism or down syndrome...but he now talks by calling names(though not clearly) of few people close to him. But his mouth is always open at anytime (T), with saliva dripping.

Try to see a paediatric neurologist to check him. If it is a problem, he wi tel you what to do. Wish you well.

Wow... Really, I do not think the Parents of lil' boy can afford the services of a Paediatric Neurologist ó, but for Educational purposes and out of curiosity, I'll try and do so, though I might not get to see someone specialize in that Field easily but hopefully get to see a Paediatric. Thanks

The consultation fee for a paediatric neurologist at the National hospital in Abuja is #850. He/she will likely ask for an MRI to be done which costs #45,000. After that, hopefully, they should be able to tell you what to do. It will cost like #1,000 to open a folder. I dont know if all of that is on the high side.
