Anyone ever come across a torn, mutilated or bandaged Dollar bill ? Someone just gave me some few dollars now and they are all clean , no mutilation, no graffiti like our naira bill.

Anyone ever come across such?

In Nigeria, when someone gives you such clean notes, you begin to suspect they are fake notes. The degree of damage and mutilation is directly proportional to its realness.
