The Judiciary under the current govt has become a laughing stock as it continues to make one blunder after another in a bid to please the executive arm of govt ..Yesterday the Supreme court sacked Governor Ihedioha under very questionable circumstances and gave the seat to the APC Candidate that came fourth in the elections a move that has left many wondering and put the integrity of the Supreme court in the spotlight once again but that is not the only gaffe as the supreme court in its own previous Judgement has said Nwosu was validly nominated by two parties the APC and Action Alliance and as such ought not have contested in the first place and by this pronouncement it means Hope Uzodinma was never the candidate of the APC in poll as it valid candidate Nwosu was considered not valid to run of the basis of being the flag bearer of two parties the APC and AA

The Supreme Court relied on controversial evidence while scrupulously avoiding all these incontrovertible legal lapses to erroneously award victory to an undeserving candidate.

Another analogue of winning via "remote control".Well, the APC-infested judiciary have set another precedence which will surely reverberate in the annals of this nation.

So the judiciary is this stinking in Nigeria. It is supposed to be independent from executive arm of govt? Abi no be so?

How on earth that all the other candidates scored zero in those controversial polling units. Can anyone help with explanation?
