The House of Assembly Speaker (PDP) will immediately take over as the next Governor of the state.

I really doubt if the pdp in imo have such principled and determined members in the imo state house of assembly. Very soon we will start hearing that almost all of them have defected to the apc after billions of naira must have exchanged hands besides you can't just impeach a sitting governor like that without any concrete impeachable offence backed up with solid h evidence. This is really a great opportunity for the PDP to retake imo state if they can play their cards very well.

I really doubt if the imo state PDP have such principled and determined house of assembly members very soon we will start hearing that almost all of them have defected to the apc after billions of naira must have exchanged hands besides it's not all that easy to impeach a sitting governor there must be a concrete reasons for the impeachment which must be backed up with solid evidence. This is really a great opportunity for the PDP in imo to retake the state if they can be able to play their cards very well.

If you don't make excuses you are succeeded but if you make excuse you had failed .it happened in some states like this of IMO the Governors still dominated and secured second term in office .seat down there dey pray for unrealistic miracle from a lost game of throne .

akpamu you cant impeach both governor and deputy same time. pdp have 13 lawmakers which is not up to 2/3 needed for impeachment.
If it is that easy apc would have impeached pdp Bauchi governor despite having more than 18 apc lawmakers in house of Assembly.

You failed to realise that Hope Uzodimma is also an Igbo man from Imo State and not a Hausa Fulani from Katsina. Besides, he has been in this game of politics for God knows how long, plotting (as all politicians always do) for this exalted office of the State. There’s no shaking! Some Assembly members will soon decamp to the governor’s political party.

There's no game to be played at the moment.
You can't impeach without foul play by the governor and right now he hasn't committed any foul.

Impeachment doesn't even happen in a day, if they try it, the court will reverse it.

Brace up for patry switch in few days starting with the AA members and some PDP members who may not be in same leanings with the ex governor.
