A 40-year old man, Ibrahim Mohammad, has been arrested in Lagos after he allegedly lured an 11-year old boy and forcefully penetrated him through the anus and injured him in the process. P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened on New Year day, 1st January, 2020, at Eshibaye Street, GRA, Ikeja, Lagos, where they reside.
