Please can someone tell me how leave allowance is calculated in Nigeria Labour Law. I've read through the Labour Law, I couldn't find it there. |

It varies from industry to industry, and what yiur policy is, for example one of the companies I once worked for pays half of your monthly gross as leave allowance. So check your policy. Though the widely accepted rate is 10%. Read sections 18/19 of the Nigerian Labour law. |
