Tony Elumelu is the Chairman of UBA this is a Non Executive position. So he can’t be responsible for any sacking of UBA staff. UBA has a Managing Director and Chief Executive that is the person that can approve the sacking of UBA staff.

All those non-executive director role, blah blah...blah are just to fool people outside the organization...Those in the organization itself know wassup.

Study how organizational structure works. This is not a sole proprietorship company. The sack can only be effected through the board of directors. It will interest you to know that Tony Elumelu has no leadership role in the UBA board of directors.

Kennedy Uzoka will report him to the BOD if he should try this with the company.

Tony Elumelu is not the owner of UBA. Tony Elumelu does not own more than 51% of the shares of UBA. Tony Elumelu is a non-executive chairman and cannot be responsible for any sacking of UBA staff.
