The unexpected power outage caused by frequent system collapses of the national grid is a cause for concern.
There does not seem to be any solution to the problem as up to this minute power is still not up.
Businesses are affected greatly and with the recent news report from the discos that electricity tariff will be increased, there does not seem to be any relief for consumers.
We hope for the best.

During their first tenure when fashola was minister for power he said, "to solve nigeria's electricity challenge is easy, it's like just connecting several generators together and there will be light". He failed terribly.

The national grid has collapsed more times in the past couple of months than it ever did in PDPs '16yrs' and they don't seem to have any solution to the problem.
It's a shame.

Like I said, the power grid also collapsed under PDP but it was nowhere as frequent as it is now.
It's happening every month, power generation keeps dropping yet they want to increase electricity tariff.
