2 things

1. The guy may be a scam that used the 1st 2 paid interests to lure his victims to put in bigger money. To make them trust him and bring bigger money he had to pay the interests to buy their trust.
Or
2. He may be genuine but something may have genuinely gone wrong. Sept/Oct 2019 witnessed negative fluctuations in international stock and forex.

What a pity. He should be investigated anyway

The victims deserve no pity.
Their greed and lust for easy money got the better of them.
It was a glorified pyramid scheme and like all pyramid schemes, the first set of investors usually get paid using the money of later investors.
But once the number becomes greater than the later financial inputs,it runs into deep waters because all d money had been used up to pay earlier investors leaving neither the phantom interest, nor even principal for later investors into the pyramid scheme.

Whoa, I can never forget winthrillnetwork for what Rotimi did. My brother lost 89m , but me I was too smart, na only the bonus I lost, I invested 1.5m to make 2.5m. Cash out all remaining funds in my winthrillnetwork account once I sense delay in payout...

This is exactly why I don't trade for no one... Or stress myself explaining to people who associate trading FX with scam.

Couldn't be bothered

Let me trade and live my life in peace.

Unfortunately they have no case.... Forex Trading is a legal business with traceable account history. It's a mutual business gone bad.

How did I know this? I used to trade forex...

We never learn. People have been using Forex to scam Nigerians since time immemorial. Forex trading is very legit but it takes a lot of learning and consistency to be profitable. If someone is promising you 300% or 500% profit, it's a lie. Hard work is the only shortcut to wealth. The same youths telling us they have no capital to start a business are betting away over 700Billion Naira annually. The only winners are Kunle Soname and Akin Alabi.

Be a real niggarrr

Stop hard work and start huzzling in a smart way
Between you that is on nairaland 24/7 shouting niggarr all the time and me that even go for days without time to make a single comment even on interesting topics, who should be advising the other about hustling?

They will sit down in their huts, may be because they have acc balance of 100k max and start advising people to hustle.

Na you hustle pass? Go sitdown.

People like this giving these kind of advice barely live from hands to mouth, yet they are out advising people who can feed them for decades about hustling. angry
