The military high command seems to have sealed the fate of state governments seeking to establish their own security outfit, with an admonition to such states on Friday to forget their move. The service chiefs, rising from a meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari in Abuja, advised all Nigerians and other “stakeholders, local and state governments, to join hands with the Armed Forces of Nigeria to ensure that our country is secured rather than looking at other methods that are likely going to negate the national community policing policy that the federal government has approved.” The Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Sadique Abubakar, briefed State House correspondents at the end of the meeting. Abubakar’s admonition is seen as a veiled reference to the setting up of the Western Nigeria Security Network (WNSN) codenamed Operation Amotekun. The Attorney General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami, had earlier, on Tuesday, declared Operation Amotekun as illegal because “it runs contrary to the provisions of the Nigerian law.” https://thenationonlineng.net/military-to-state-govts-forget-alternative-security-plans/?fbclid=IwAR1yNfXh407Isi_3e1_l3UsBPKOfkTdG2uzENGypqIU5K89_aFc_AEpFLyo Lalasticlala 1 Like 1 Share |

On behalf of all Christians living in the south west, we reject Amotekun aimed at persecuting our fellow Nigerians. Nigerian constitution guarantees freedom of movement to all Nigerians within the country. We Christians say No to Amotekun. 1 Like 3 Shares |

Those two highlighted statement can even be used against them |

If Buhari had taken his duty as Commander in Chief seriously and clamped down against Fulani Terrorist instead of protecting them there wouldn't be any need for Amotekun .. they way Buhari is going I pray he doesnt lead Nigeria into a Civil war 10 Likes |

The good thing about Amotekun's emergence is that it afford Nigerians the PERFECT opportunity to know and identify their real Enemies. The real enemies of Nigerians are not Igbos, they're not Yorubas. Not Tivs, Idomas, not Hausa's. They're not even Ijaws, Ibiobios or Ishekiris. Certainly not Biroms, Mupun, Taroks Angas, Mwagavul, or Bagis. In fact, when was the last time we heard the above mentioned tribes invate, attacked and wipeout communities across the country? When was the last time the above tribes invaded people's farms and destroy crops? When was the last time we heard them occupy and rename communities and villages they attacked? When was the last time the mention tribes above went international and destroy lives and properties in Mali, Bukina Faso, Ghana, Dafur now South Sudan etc? Absolutely None! The real enemies of Nigerians are the wanderers from ''Futajalon'' (followers of usman danfodio and amadu bello's ethnic phylosophy). Their categorization by the UN as fourth must deadliest terrorist group in the whole wide world was not by accident. Their satanic works are everywhere for all to see. They always leave huge track record of crimes against humanity everywhere they went. These are the ones responsible for all the killings currently going on in Nigeria! Nigerians must UNITE and face these enemies headlong!!! Moles within Nigerian Military sympathetic to the ethnic cause of ''Fulanization of Nigeria'' are the aiders and catalyst that fuel fulani terrorist murderers. They provide cover for them and supply guns and food supplies to terrorist in remote forests across the country as witnessed by those who saw it with their own eyes. Has anyone took time, stop for a moment to ponder about how fulani herdsmen get Ak47 guns? These guns are very expensive and difficult to get. One Ak47 cost over $1,000 ~ N350,000 depending on type and quality. It takes international connections and financial muscles to get about a 100 AK47s. So who supplies fulani herdsmen with AK47s? Well those responsible have just revealed themselves. Nigerians now know the agents of murderers in the country. The moles and terrorist sympathisers within the military and buhari's regime. These are the ones that hate the idea of Nigerians defending themselves against marauding terrorist. You begin to wonder, are the military and the buhari regime serving the interest of Nigerians or fulani killers currently on rampage terminating lives and property? Their actions exposes them for who they really are. Sponsors and executors of fulani terrorist massacres in Nigeria. 28 Likes 2 Shares |

Ok Amotekun can lead to so many things... It's the beginning of a matter we know, we don't know how it will end... There are Yorubas all over the country... Nevertheless, rampaging herders must be called to order in our lands - one way or the other. But this method is too glaring and confrontational... Enough said! 1 Like |

*They promised light but failed, Nigerians sourced for alternative means by purchasing generators en masse. *They promised portable water but failed, Nigerians sourced for alternative means by sinking boreholes in their households *They promised employment but failed,Nigerian youths sourced for alternative means through self employment, some fled the country to seek greener pasture, some are pushed into extreme by indulging in Internet fraud, political thuggery and other criminal activities *They promised security but failed, Nigerian are trying to source for alternative means and they are making frantic effort to thwart it. But Nigerians know better On the part of the army ,let them show they have the balls by clearing the north of insurgency and banditry in the every part of the country before we take them seriously . 5 Likes |

I believe yorubas are educated, knows and understands the law. Then why setting up an outfit or doing something that contravenes the law. You can come to others during such period and be quoting Nigerian law for them and sovereignty of Nigerian. Now you want to abuse same unity you guys always shield like an egg. The outcome of security meeting with Buhari is simple from the tone which is that Buhari is technically supporting Malami's stance that Amotekun is illegal and won't stand. 3 Likes |
