The military is there to protect the territorial integrity of the country, they should give account of how well they have done that. The police which charged with combating crimes and protecting lives and properties have largely failed in that respect.

The military shouldn't make a bad situation worse by giving marching orders to any state that is acting within the law.

Buhari can't do anything... The Amotekun is a test that i know if not carefully handled will call for restructuring of the country why I know other members of the South and Middle belt will quickly key into.

Look, South West is the only region Still holding on to the unity of Nigeria in the south. Other members have their mind forfeited that ideology long time ago.

There are some goons in Nigeria who infinitely happy the country is unprogressive. The law enforcement agents cannot be at any nook and cranny of the shithole called Nigeria when crimes are committed. Hence it is apparently necessary for the provision of self defense either on individual or state bases.

"...Nobody can say that we haven’t done well in terms of security, we have done our best, but the way this situation is now, we can only pray,” the president said.
https://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/headlines/274045-what-buhari-gov-lalong-told-plateau-citizens-over-killings.html?amp_markup=1

Security Chiefs yesterday after meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari said only God can police the country’s border.....the country’s security chiefs blamed the porous border for the rising insecurity.
https://www.dailytrust.com.ng/only-god-can-police-our-border-security-chiefs.html

This is the same President and his service chiefs talking discouragingly to Nigerians on their helplessness on the deplorable security state of the nation yet opposes any self-help move.

Do they trust & pray to God yet they, their families, aides, cronies are always moving around with armed-to-the-teeth security details while hapless Nigerians are left @ the mercy of the country they have failed? Last last everyone go dey alright.

There are other tribes in the military. Otherwise, how was Nnamdi Kanu able to escape with his family during Operation Python Dance

Other tribes that takes order from Fulani commander to Fulani C in C?
If Fulani army is a national army as you ignorantly assumed, do you think Fulani herdsmen terrorist will be able to attack places like Nimbo Town in Enugu state even though Fulani army was informed of the pending attack before it happened.

Let's wait until the country is restructured... embarassed

Or is this how to call for restructuring

Can we even run a security organisation without having a huge source of income Isn't most of our income still coming from the FG

THIS TIME THE STATES WILL CONTRIBUTE UNIFORM PERCENTAGE OF THEIR INCOME TO RUN FLG.

South East has passed law enabling Bakassi to provide security to the south eastern state.
Let's strike a balance if you want us to forget about alternative security outfit.

Any crime committed in South, we will hold you responsible and you will pay to fullest. To the case that lead to death, you will step down.

Military giving press conference on domestic security issues grin

So what happened to defending the country from external forces which they have failed terribly.

So he means Hishah or JTF should be scraped
Their hypocrisy is second to none. To them Amotekun is illegal but Hisbah islamic police is legal.

Nigerian states should ignore these terrorist sympathisers and go with their security project. After all, a gov is the chief security officer of a state.

I really pray and wish that the yorubas will stand their ground on this matter and see how it will turn out. This is the only time to test the country and determine the terms and conditions of our existence.
For crying out loud the army are made of people from other regions. They can as well rebel if they perceive double standard in the handling of the security of the country. I mean why cant people protect themselves?
Some idi.ots can now see the reason why there is indeed need to have a revolution as sowere suggested.

If you're waiting for the country to be restructured then you're wasting your time. The ones who will restructure the country is You and I. Not the state govs and certainly not the bloody head of the federal regime.

I am happy that Yrai.ba seemed to have discovered themselves after all. Without Yari.ba and so-called minorities, Nigeria would have ended in 1967. Yet the key legs in the goofy Go ON With One Nigeria (GOWON) or the silly One- Nigeria allowed themselves to be relegated as door manager of the shithole called Nigeria. Ndigbo will eventually join the path of the provision of self defense by reviving the Bakassi Outfit or Enyimba that shall be equipped with AK-47. It is high time the stakes in Nigeria stood to be properly recognized.

Even the judiciary is under Buhari and the issue of Amotekun is taken to court as long as Hisbah and JTF is legalize the court will have no choice but to legalize Amotekun, that is why they are begging the governors to leave the issue.

Civilian JTF nko?

We are watching Yorubas seriously. If they allow this almajiris to have their way, it is over for them.

Army or not, there are Yorubas, SS, MB and SE in their army.

Let's just be guided and avoid things that will blow up this country

I'll never fathom why people avoid the ultimate solution to security being amending the constitution. It's should be obvious to everyone that's the core problem. Every other solution is just a half measure.
