Barcelona make history after overtaken Real Madrid to become the richest football club in the world

According to Deloitte football money league, a ranking of football clubs by revenue generated from football operations.

The Spanish giants revenue increased by 10% more than their rival Real Madrid, who are second on the list.

Barcelona revenue move to €840.8m from the (£741.1m) last year.

In England, Manchester United is the third on the list of the top ten richest club in the club in the world, despite not winning a major competition.

The third position was given to them, based on revenue, Manchester United Income is €711.5m this year compare to (£627.1m) for 2018-19.

Manchester city and Liverpool are already closing on the red devils to take the third placed position.
