They will take hearings and then give judgement same day. It must not exceed 60 days after the Court of Appeal judgement.

Jan 29 will make it 60 days, hence the judgement must be given on or before that date, otherwise it becomes 'functus officio' and Ortom remains Gov.

In PDP voice on the Plateau state judgement the judiciary is hijacked by the APC and democracy is dead in Nigeria but on the Bauchi state this is a victory for democracy
