If it's too good to be true, then it's definitely not true.
The scammer is using cheap prices as bait to lure greedy people, and he succeeded. And he'll keep succeeding as long as we have so many greedy folks out there, looking for cheap and unbelievable data prices.

Is Bad Data Seller Spoil Good Data Seller While Bad Customers Spoil Good Customers.

From my side here, I do Offering Pay After Receive Data For Customers Benefit Of Doubt but Some Bad Customers do ranaway with my Data.
