Happy Sunday.

I know we are trying our best to meet up our daily target on Brainly and all that.

Please we should also know that our health is paramount before anything or work.

Have said this before on this thread that we should try as much as possible to have at least 1 day rest out of a 7 day period.

It's not easy to be up every night, let just still help our body to relax too, so we don't break down.

It's just an advice that's all and to every one Happy New Week

Very good advice. I always have my off days after I started feeling funny some time ago. Then I would stay up all night with the plans of sleeping during the day. But when it's day, I still wouldn't sleep and still wouldn't be able to perform some important tasks. It was that bad. If this work is short term for anyone like it is for me, I think it is important we keep working on/developing our long term plans.

Mehn I do brainly every other day. My body won't let me stay awake everyday. Not even two nights on a row. I become a mess and totally disoriented with severe headache and dry eyes, the next day, when I stay awake at night. It's crazy cry
