asaba massacre was pepetutrated by nigerian troops during the civil war three months into the commencement of the war. Nigerian troops marched on asaba and launched a genocide against it's inhabitants but we have learnt some valuable lessons
1.U CANT BE A FRIEND TO AN ENEMY:asaba people been massacred thought that by claiming one nigeria and supporting the fulani/hausa army they would be spared, but reverse was the case as they were taught lessons why u shouldn't play with a viper why thinking it's a rope
2.U PAY THE ULTIMATE PRICE FOR BETRAYAL:asaba indigenes paid an ultimate price by refusing to join biafra in the war, even when biafrans troops were retreating into onitsha they were forwarned but u see, they taught that they would embrace the Nigerian troops with cultural dance and love but it turned out to be a day they wont live to remember because that led to their horrible end
3.WHAT YOU PLANT IS WHAT U REAP:those who led the genocide col muthala Mohammed and major ibrahim taiwo learntbthis the hard way they came with guns and massacred harmless civilians they too were assainated just as they did to innocent people
4.ONE NIGERIA IS A SCAM:one Nigeria is a dream and sleep is a cousin to death,u see Nigeria is too divided culturally and religiously,to sum it up,u can't be at peace with the northerners/fulanis if u try to do dat u will make a step forward and six steps backwards
the blood of the innocent in Nigeria shall never be invane

When i read about the civil war i begin to wonder between the military and boko haram if there is any difference in their mode of operation.

Boko haram would not have slaughtered the whole men but would have taken some of them captive, but here we see men in uniform behaving worse than terrorists.

If we say all is fair in war then why are Nigerians enraged over boko haram tactics which is even fairer and more humane than military
