A Bridegend Landlord in Wales was in shock after seeing the horrible state at which his former tenants left his house in.

According to the landlord identified as Daniel Needes who was almost at the brink of tears, the house had been in “immaculate condition” after it was renovated by his late father and had been kitted out with new appliances before renting it out for two years.

However, the tenants he rented the apartment to suddenly moved out in less than two years without notice.

When he decided to visit the house, he was shocked to discover the property had been completely trashed.

“To be honest, when I first saw it I nearly cried. They had completely trashed it.” he said.

“The house stank. They had turned it into a rubbish tip,” he added.

Just pieces of nylon bags kept for market of waste disposal on the floor. And if you check, it's not like the nylons are dirty, just scattered.

Some tenants are wicked, they destroy your house in one year beyond recognition
