LAWAN ANDIMI: KILLED FOR BEING A CHRISTIAN

*** A Tribute to Another Nigerian Christian Martyr

By BRM

They executed you not necessarily because of failure to pay the £2m ransome but because you are a Christian in Nigeria who blatantly refused to be forced to convert to Islam. Nigeria is now one of the worst places in the world to be a Christian. It's even worst when you are a Christian from the Northern axis of the country. There is no other better way to describe Christians from Northern Nigerian than the "Persecuted Christians of the North".

The persecuted Christians of the North have under the present Buhari APC-led government of Nigeria become an endangered species. It has never been this bad for Nigerian Christians as it is today.

Rev. Lawan Andimi, we love you but God loves you more. We are happy you were stoic even while death stared you in the face. We doff our hats for you for not begging President Buhari to work for your freedom in the video your captors forced you to make.

Of course, you know that if President Buhari has done practically and absolutely nothing to free #Leah Sharibu due to her faith, you were aware that he will "double his nothingness" in freeing you. Thus, you looked forward to your State Governor, the President of your local Assembly, and your colleagues in the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) to work for your freedom.

You are a Martyr and we are proud of you. You didn't betray Christ or the Christian Faith. You trusted God for a miracle for your freedom but was equally ready to say goodbye if it pleases Him.

Thus, you asked that your lovely wife and beautiful children be taken care of if you didn't make it. Those words of yours are heroic! It takes a man who knows that the gains of the Kingdom of God far outweighs the pleasures of this earth to mutter those words.

Who knows if those you asked to take care of your family being Nigerians can even remember your words after 2 years? After all, everyone understands that Nigerians are charades who only care about selves. They promise what they cannot do and do what they did not promise. The Biafran trusted policy of "One for All and All for One" means absolutely nothing to them. Self centeredness and greed rules them. They are a people without heroes as they forget the labours of their heroes past and treat their honest but poor citizens with contempts.

Rev. Lawan Andimi, it's because of issues like yours that makes us (Biafrans) to always double our efforts in fighting for the restoration of Biafra.

Yes! Biafra will definitely be a nation devoid of any religious persecution. Devoid of terrorism of any sorts and most importantly, where persecuted people from other nations can be granted Asylum. Of course, the Biafran nation would have given Asylum to your household and have them taken care of by our Government.

It pains us that NOT even the persecuted Christians and the minority Muslims of the North understand the benefits that the coming of Biafra presents to them.

Thus, when you people wash down the Unity of Nigeria down our throats and cajole us at every opportunity to continue to pray for the Unity of this murderous entity called Nigeria, we can't help but laugh and ask God to forgive you people because you know not what you are doing.

The truth is the Persecuted Christians as well as the minority Muslims of North cannot continue to do same thing and expect different results. It's time to join Biafrans not just in praying but also in working for the coming of Biafra. One thing is sure: Nigeria will always fail you as it would continue to do but Biafra will never disappoint you.

Rev. Lawan Andimi, as we prepare to say final bye, we make bold to state that we Biafrans appreciate President Donald Trump and the United States Government for identifying Nigeria as a country that attacks "FAITH" and for also placing her on the appropriate watchlists.

Truly, "this is one of the worst times to be a Christian in Nigeria"

Sleep On Rev. Lawan Andimi until we meet to part no more on the resurrection morning.

Je Nke Oma!
