I was among the crew of Interviewers for an IT Company in Nigeria and We have had 30 Applicants invited for an Interview session on a faithful Thursday Morning. We decided that after viewing their Resume, we are going to ask a simple question to all the Applicants.

Here's the question, "Why should we Employ you?' The majority answered based on their qualifications in School, Some answered based on their work Experiences, while answered based on their willingness to work. We were amazed that none or few were able to gather their skillset in a presentable manner.

I wrote this post in this column to inform you that Country Nigeria has gone past employing any applicant based on willingness, degree or Experience. The Skillset is the focus. I expected someone to give us a rundown of his Skills on Google analytics, Content Writing & Marketing, Digital Marketing, SEO, SEM, Forex, Computer Packages, Web Development UI/UX, Creative Designing and so on, just to be surprised that some are hearing that for their first time.

Hey, Guys, I know some cost a lot to get but you can still get them free. I will recommend you get some Udemy Tutorials for free. Spend you next 5 hours studying Javascript, HTML, and CSS, Video classes that you can easily refer back to will help you.
