A man by name Spencer Boston tried to prove his point to the judge on his case after being arrested.

Spencer was caught in the act of smoking marijuana which was against the law, but while in court, he argued with the judge that it should be legalised.

Moving further, to buttress on his point, he reached out to his jacket pocket and brought out a wrap and started doing it once again.

Security personnels were not aware of what was going on at first because the court bursted into laughter as he already started blowing out some smoke, although didn't finish it when he was led out of the court.

When security was leading him out of the court room, he turned back to the judge and told her that "the people deserves better"
