We all live in a world full with newly developed technology, this means you spend most of your time steering at letter or images on your smartphone, laptop or television and this causes some major damages to your eyesight, which may lead to using eyeglasses or contact lens to save money from expensive surgery, that’s why it’s so important to care about your vision using some natural ways to improve it, have come up with 3 simple and easy methods for you to use.



1. Feed your eyes properly: just like any other part of your body your eyes need specific vitamins and microelement to function properly, a diet rich in vegetable and fruit, fatty food and sugar that your eyes demand is actually beneficial for your body. Such as Blueberry and Grape which have effective anti-inflammatory which helps improve your vision, vegetables such as broccoli, carrot, potatoes and pumpkins contain beta-carotene, Zeaxanthin and Lutein this helps your eyes from being damaged by the sun, strew berry, orange, eggs, salmon and walnut provides you with vitamins A, C, E and if you include in your diet onions, garlic, and caper, you will enrich your diet with lecithin, sulfur, and cysteine. This will prevent the lenses of your eyes from getting cataracts. Omega-3 fatty acids (in the amount of 1,000 mg per day) will help you to avoid dry eyes and macular degeneration. That's why mackerel, herring, tuna, salmon, walnuts, and flaxseeds should be frequent ingredients in your diet. If you can't get any seafood, buying fish oil supplements will be a good alternative.



2. Make some lifestyle changes: first of all, try adjusting the light in your room or office. You should probably know by now that fluorescent lighting is bad for your eye, improve the quality of the air in your office and home, also check the airflow of your thermostat if it’s too strong, your eyes may suffer as well.
