An exciting moment was captured in a set of photographs showing the moments Aisha, wife of President Muhammadu Buhari, and Patience, wife of the immediate past leader of Nigeria, Goodluck Jonathan, met at an event to celebrate Maryam Babangida.

Maryam, the wife of a former military president, Ibrahim Babangida, died on December 27, 2009.

Also in attendance at the event which held in Abuja were Turai, the wife of Musa Yar'Adua, who died while in office as president, and Dolapo, wife of Yemi Osinbajo, the current vice president of Nigeria.
