Musiliu Akinsanya popularly known as MC Oluomo, the NURTW chairman said he is in direct talk with Lagos State government to reconsider its decision on motorcycle and tricycle ban in the state. He wants the state government to review its restriction policy.

He also said that he had met commercial bus operators not to hike the transport fares as this would bring more hardship on Lagosians.

Workers in the state are already suffering from the aftermath of motorcycle and tricycle ban.See photo:

He is optimistic that his intervention would yield the desired result.

The NURTW chairman said that his major concern is for the bus drivers not to take advantage of the situation at hand by increasing their transportation fares.

While some Lagosians are in support of the ban, others frown at government decision. And call for a quick adjustment in order to strike a balance among the warring parties involved.

I support but critical thinking, we need taxi not Keke. The presence of Keke will surely discourage anyone who is willing to invest in car taxi business.

Check other states Ogun to be prices or Osun see how organized their transport system is.

A rickey taxi is far better than Keke and bike combined.

The taxi association need to step up their game and make it more professional not like set aside cargo lots .

A new private transport sect should come up. Not necessary by Uber or taxfy standard.
