The services of a sales person/customer care is urgently needed by a fast growing online store.

Job Responsibilities

·**Prompt attention to customers enquiry as regards orders placement on our social media handles

·**Follow up with customers through calls and chats

·**Order generation from new and existing customers

·**Collation of orders and proper inventory management

·**Serves as an interphase between the company and customer

Qualities Required

· Must be smart and well organized

· Honest and Trustworthy

· Must be able to work under minimal supervision

· Must be a good manager of time and have the ability to keep to instructions

Job Requirement

· Must be Female

· Fluency in English language (ability to speak and write)

· Must possess an internet enabled phone as this will be the primary workstation

· Must be Resident in Ibadan
