Lastma Traffic control, Lawma trash management, Lasema 112 emergency service(fire, ambulance, and rrs police), First State owned Power plant, Lagos School model, BRT bus rapid System, first state to win FG and establish LGA or LCDA, first State owned police (neighborhooh watch), man made Island like Eko Atlantic, Lekki trade zone, Lekki housing, Ibeju lekki deep sea port, best state tax model and IRS

i can go on and on but give me Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his team let Nigeria experience low poverty rate as he did in Lagos even with highest population,

while Orji Uzor Kalu rot in jail, Jagaban is a free man even after all cases by PDP and EFCC thats because out of all his 1999 Governors (ibori , fayose, lamido, etc) he generated his own revenue and limited federal scope, he was denied allocation and still ran a perfect government paying salary and building land marks and infrastructure
