Requirements:
•BSc/HND in social sciences or any business related disciplines
•1 – 3 years working experience
•Customer services, Sales & business analysis experience will be an added advantage
•Cluster by Cluster Activation. Local Markets, Commercial Areas, town storms, sponsorship events.
•Brand visibility and sales at Events. 4G LTE upgrade, Sim Swap, Customer services and query resolutions.
•Resolve all issues/queries with regards to activations, products and promotions.
•Log all faults to relevant teams for resolution
•Engage relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of all faults
