I have not seen a single verse that encouages masturbation.
Forget about these excuses people make to justify sin.

Sexuality is limited only to married couples.
If you use your sexual organs for any thing other than these, you have sinned.
1. Reproduction ; having children
2. Sexual satisfaction between husband and wife.
3. To create an intimate 'bonding' between the two.

Our Lord Jesus taught that when you lust after a woman to have her, you have already sinned in your heart.
Moreover, a man with self control cannot be a masturbator; what do you think?

Therefore, Flee (flee flee flee flee; run as in terror) from all youthful passions,. The bible didn't say satisfy them yourself.

Even if you say you didn't lust after any woman during the act: well, I believe that the Unnatural use of the body (sexually) means, anything other than the natural; i.e. masturbation, lesbianism, and homosexuality.
