Delta State Deputy Governor, Kingsley Otuaro on Thursday February 6, 2020 formally presented Staff of Office to the Okpala Uku of Umute Kingdom, HRH Fidelis Chukwuji Oseyenim. The event was attended by top government officials, leaders from neighbouring communities, Umute sons and daughters residing in different parts of the country and friends of the monarch.
