Why Is The North Scared Of Separating From The South??? by Nobody: 9:19am On Feb 11, 2020
Anytime there is a move towards seeking a new formula for this nation, the North shivers like a rain drenched rat, why scared of having their own country Is it not an opportunity to form their own idea of government with much pride in their heritage and great culture, is it not an avenue to awaken their industrial human strength as to harness the resources alloted by mother nature..

I believe the North can seize such opportunity and rewrite their history, holding their corrupt leaders accountable. Hiding behind the south is like a school boy relying on another school boy to pass his exams and become something out of it, nothing meanful will certainly come from it.

Effort by the Northern leaders to blame South for their troubles will never be sustainable, the population of young dangerous mind keep rising in the North, one day the whole nation will hear from them..

Through Nepotism, every serious organ of the nation is occupied by the North, they even make up 65 percent of security personnel in an effort to ensure the continuation of Nigeria, the elders tells their children of the conspiracy of the south to cut them off their resources, this hasn't and will never help the North..

It's time of the intelligent minds in that region to champion their cause for the future, as time goes on, one day everyone will wake up and know that the best thing for this nation is just to revert back to the Southern and Northern set up.. This will be the beginning of our progress..

The north despite their grand standing they are cowards who rely on political power to have a voice. They lack innovative mind.

If u are from the north, will you choose to get separated?

We the south didn't choose where we want to be. Nobody chooses where he will come from. u were just born in an oil filled region, u didnt choose to. Just because we came and found a farm in our backyard which we didn't setup doesn't mean we should be stingy and not wanting to share the bountiful harvest

At least let us give them 20years to allow them develope their state first, we shouldn't leave them like that, they are already suffering, if you love them, help them with this their dichotomy mentality.
The government deserves to be hanged though.

They are scared because the statistics are really terrible. They have the worst human development indices in sub-saharan African. They would not be differrent from Afghanistan and Somalia.

Nigeria have spent billions of dollars to fight Islamic terrorists and war in the Nort East cause by Islamics doctrines and the billions come from oil from the South
These terrorists get their sponsors from rich Arabs Nations , now tell me where the North will get money without South to challenge these rich terrorist sponsors ?

The day the South will cut from the North will be the day the North will destroy themselves . That place will be the worst place on earth

If North becomes a country today, Boko haram will overrun Bornu and most of northeast while northwest will fall under Fulani miyetti Allah backed terrorist group.
Middle belt will engulf in uprising that Abuja will not even be safe. Somalia will be a safer place than Arewa Islamic fundamentalist Republic (AIFR).

They are not children!
If you give them 100 years, they would remain the same.
Just stop!

Why are you people disturbing the north?

Even the west can’t stay on their own too, just mention biafra here and see both of them foaming at the mouth.

Igbos have always wanted out but NO WAY

southern people are hugging their own land because they have oil notwithstanding that the degradation of their topography will be their regions undoing in the next couple of years when their soil isn’t arable anymore.
