The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and the Accountant General of the federation (AGF) has on Thursday been queried by the Nigerian Senate over the disbursement of the sum of NGN596,137,481,709.94 from the Ecological Funds between 1999 and 2015.

The Chairman, Senate Committee on Public Accounts, Senator Matthew Urhoghide, gave the directive during a public hearing in Abuja on the 2015 report of the Auditor General of the federation.
