Advice boko haram to repent within 30 days and if they refuse carry out the following method to defeated them.
Withdrew all Nigeria army who has been fighting boko haram for many many years.
Hired 1,000-5,000 foreign soldiers or you may use Nigeria army secretly without the knowledge of the world (Nigerian).
No allowed any Nigerian should no the secret of your mission.
No body should have access to their camp.
In case of foreign soldiers Called one Nigeria soldier to give them information but before that all his means of communication should be seized and it should be kept till after the mission. Also the mission soldiers should be given new means of communication and they should not have access to anybody except each other contact.
Keep them for 30 days for observation after that released them to go and fight but their missions should not be disclosed to anybody apart from them.
Let the mission be secret. Let no more than 2 people knows this mission.(if the mission will be carry out by state government only governor and hired foreign adviser is allowed to no secret and the adviser must not be disclosed in public. Same should be applicable if its federal government.
